We build one skiff.
We build it right.
Lancha Skiffs isn't trying to be everything to everyone. We're trying to be exactly one thing — and get it exactly right.
Too many boats. Not enough skiffs.
Lancha Skiffs was born from a pretty simple frustration: good-looking skiffs have gotten wildly expensive.
After years of fishing shallow coastal flats, we kept asking the same question: why is it so hard to find a skiff that looks clean, runs skinny, fishes hard, and does not cost as much as a luxury SUV with emotional baggage?
To get things moving, we enlisted legendary skiff designers, riggers, and metal fabricators to help create a fishing machine that keeps the good stuff: clean lines, shallow draft, simple rigging, and real fishability.
Then we stripped away the nonsense. No overbuilt systems. No unnecessary weight. No features added just so they could be listed on a sales sheet.
The result is the Lancha 18, a good-looking, affordable skiff built to fish. One hull. Three build options. No museum behavior required.
This is a tool meant to be used.
Craftsmanship without ceremony.
Every Lancha 18 is built with care, but we are not here to make the process precious. Good craftsmanship should not require a two-year wait, a trust fund, or a guy in boat shoes explaining why simple things need to be complicated.
It means the hull is built right. The finish is clean. The details matter. And nothing leaves the shop that we would not fish ourselves.
Our three package options, Bare, Base, and Built, exist because not every buyer starts from the same place. Some want to rig it themselves. Some want the essentials handled. Some want to get on the water without turning their garage into a boatyard.
Either way, every Lancha 18 starts with the same foundation: a clean, capable hull built to fish, finished to your spec, and ready for a long life on the water.
